Meet Rebecca Clark

Rebecca Clark is a proud 5th generation Texan and long-time resident of Fort Bend County. With deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to her faith and conservative values, Rebecca has seen firsthand the consequences of weak leadership at all levels of government. She believes that now more than ever, we must reject business as usual because our families, our faith, and our freedoms are under direct threat from dangerous agendas.  Rebecca Clark isn’t just running to be your Representative—she is running to finish the work of restoring this great nation.

A graduate of Kempner High School in Sugar Land, Rebecca earned her B.S. in Geophysics from Texas A&M University, graduating Cum Laude, and completed graduate studies in the same field. She went on to work in the oil and gas industry as an Exploration Geophysicist and later as a Commercial Analyst. After taking time to raise her children, Rebecca returned to work at a seismic technology firm before dedicating herself full-time to grassroots advocacy.

Rebecca was elected Republican Precinct Chair in 2022, has served as an election judge for the past three years and has twice been selected a State Delegate to the Republican Party of Texas State Convention. She is deeply engaged in local issues, attending Commissioners Court and school board meetings, where she offers public comment and helps keep her fellow citizens informed.

Her passion for accountability and transparency in government led her to establish the Fort Bend County division of Citizens Defending Freedom, a nonprofit where she served as Executive Director. Under her leadership, the organization built a strong grassroots team focused on educating and empowering citizens to identify and challenge waste, fraud, and abuse in local institutions—always with the goal of restoring government to its foundational principles.

Rebecca has served on various civic committees, including the Lamar CISD Strategic Planning, Student Health Advisory and Citizens' Bond Oversight Committees. She was also appointed to a curriculum review committee for the Texas Education Agency, where she provided feedback on educational content. During the 88th and 89th Texas Legislative Sessions, she reviewed and analyzed a wide range of legislation. Most recently, she co-authored and submitted a resolution that passed and will appear on the 2026 ballot.

In addition, Rebecca has recruited, vetted, and coached conservative school board candidates, serving as campaign manager for two successful races. Today, those board members are leading with integrity and championing conservative values.

Rebecca and her husband, Mike, are the proud parents of four children. They are active members of Simonton Community Church and enjoy raising cattle on their small family ranch. She is running for Congress to defend the Constitution, protect the future of the next generation, and restore the values that made America great.
